I grew up in front of a camera participating in pageants and modeling, which means I know what it’s like to have no direction at a photoshoot and leave disappointed. I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the lens, stressed over posing. Do I look awkward? How’s my smile? Am I sporting a double chin??
But here’s the thing: My number one priority is making sure you never feel that way after a session – especially your wedding day. I’ll coach you and help pose you so you never feel or look awkward. Photos are not just about how you appear in the end result, but also the memories that go along with them. When you book with me, you’ll treasure not only the pictures taken, but the memories we made along the way.
I am from a small town in North Carolina, and photography isn’t just my career – it’s my passion. My goal is to deliver life-lasting photos that you will cherish forever. I want your pictures to be beautiful, but I also want your experience to be beautiful, too. Who wants to look back at a photo with their fiancé laughing, just to know it was all fake? That’s why I strive to make your experience fun, exciting, and memorable.
When I’m not taking pictures and having fun with clients, you can find me hanging out with my husband and two kids.
Hopped on a plane and shot my first destination wedding in Jamaica by my self. And had a BLAST. I totally would do it 100x over... just next time, I am bringing an assistant. Traveling out of the country alone is not for me.

Started coaching other photographers in the photography industry. This was a big goal and dream of mine because I always wanted a mentor when I started, but really had no where to look. So I wanted to create a space where other like minded photographers could feel safe and also learn and grow together.

2020
Covid hit the nation, but my business actually picked up and I was blessed and busy. I booked my first full calendar of wedding this year.
I picked up a camera for the first time and fell in love with shooting the beauty of life. I quickly realized this is what I was meant to do when I suddenly lost my mom, but was blessed enough to take photos of her and my grandmother 30 days before she passed.
